Please Note: Requests from employees must be presented to the Ethics Committee in a timely and confidential manner.  In order to provide a final recommendation, it should be expected that those submitting requests may be contacted by the Ethics Committee in an effort to obtain additional information. Failure to participate in this interactive exchange may result in the Ethics Committee not being able to provide a determination.
An employee, who, upon receiving a final recommendation from the Ethics Committee, follows such guidance, shall be considered to have complied with the Code of Ethics regarding the specific issue that was presented to the Committee.
